This mousepad shipped with various SGI Iris (Integrated Raster Imaging System) machines. I obtained one in 2000.

The first photo is clearer, but is distorted due to the shot being taken rather close to the subject.

The second photo is better aligned, and was taken with zoom from further away, resulting in a projection that is closer to orthogonal.
